What we aim for is not just a trip to stay overnight, but a trip to experience the local way of life, culture, and connections with the people.
You can relax at your accommodation and, if you feel like it, go out into town with your guide.
I met fishermen and producers and learned about the daily life of this land.
I believe that each and every one of these encounters will transform this place into a place that people want to return to again and again.
Even after the journey ends, the connection with this land continues.

HONIOI can accommodate up to 6 people.
Buying fresh seafood and other ingredients from local shops and enjoying meals together, or simply relaxing and doing nothing while gazing at the scenery outside the window.
Spending time in this town as if you were living there will make your trip even more enriching.
The Japanese-Western style room is equipped with two semi-double beds.
Please enjoy a restful sleep in our spacious bed.
The rooms are fully equipped with kitchens. We recommend enjoying cooking with local ingredients. Accommodations with kitchens are also perfect for those staying for extended periods.

Sunrise Salmon Harvesting Tour
The sounds of lively salmon echo through the harbor, along with the shouts of fishermen and local women, and the roar of boat engines. The sunrise viewed from the harbor in the early morning is truly special. This is one of the tours I recommend experiencing while in Shibetsu.
